Afram Jakob
European Sales Team Lead
Afram Jakob holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Sustainable Business from Örebro University. He is driven by a strong commitment to sustainability and is passionate about helping organizations integrate sustainability into strategy, governance, and business development. Afram previously completed an internship at Epiroc in Örebro, where he contributed to sustainability work with a focus on Scope 3 emissions.
Emil Lundgren
Sustainability Consultant
Emil holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Ecology from Chalmers University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg. He has experience in GHG calculations, sustainability reporting, and sustainability-related data analysis. Emil works on projects focused on improving sustainability reporting processes, preparing reports, and conducting data analyses to support transparent and data-driven sustainability performance.
Faye Sweet
Sustainability Consultant
Faye specializes in sustainability reporting, including writing and reviewing. She leads and manages client projects, conducts research across key sustainability topics, and writes CSRD reports. She advises clients on CSRD and sustainability strategy. Faye has authored our three latest sustainability reporting benchmarks for 2023, 2024, and 2025. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication from Uppsala University.
Magnus Lundgren
Sustainability Consultant
Magnus works with sustainability reporting, including writing and reviewing. He has knowledge of sustainability strategies, social impact initiatives, and ESG data collection, calculations, and assessments. Magnus conducts research and authored the Sustainability Reporting Benchmark for 2024 and 2025. He holds a Master’s degree from Örebro University.
Max Ekström
Sustainability Consultant
Max, Bachelor in Accounting and Finance at Hanken School of Economics and NHH, Handelshögskolan in Bergen, is passionate about sustainable finance and ESG. He has experiences from 180 Degrees Consulting Helsinki and the McKinsey Forward Program. Certified ESG Analyst and participant at ESADE summer school. Max is based in Barcelona.

Sandra Matti is a Master’s student in Business & Economics at Örebro University. She works within research and marketing, with a focus on market analysis, trend research, and consumer insights. Sandra is interested in how research can be used to understand markets, identify opportunities, and support strategic business decisions.
