AN EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM BY FOREVER

Together with our colleagues Lisa Rejler, Martin Behm, and Johan Henningsson, we are now offering a course for boards of directors and corporate management who want to elevate their sustainability efforts to a strategic level.

With the EU's new directive on sustainability reporting (CSRD), boards and management teams will have new responsibilities and requirements for competence in sustainability issues. The course will guide you through the regulatory landscape and introduce tools and insights to develop the company's business and brand.

ABOUT THE COURSE

The course is aimed at boards of directors and corporate management who want to elevate their sustainability efforts to a strategic level.

Our coaches will guide you through the new regulatory landscape of the EU, and together we will discuss and practically apply concepts such as sustainability strategy, double materiality analysis, and scenario analyses to understand how the company can start using these as decision support in a business strategic discussion.

Participants will also be introduced to tools and gain insights that can be used to develop the company's business and brand, and to "discover" the company's potential and positioning within the sustainability field.
